Sticker Distribution on the Trains 🚂

Sponsors are welcome to distribute stickers on the trains.

Logistics and deadlines

  • Stickers must be shipped in advance (max 100 stickers)
  • Shipments need to arrive in Zürich and London before end of February
  • We will bring the stickers onto the trains from there

Stickers at the KubeTrain Party 🥳

For the party in Amsterdam

Sponsors should bring their own stickers, we will bring leftovers from the trains.

We will provide a dedicated table for sticker placement

No shipping or advance handling for party stickers

Swag Guidelines for Gold and Platinum Sponsors

Gold and Platinum sponsors are allowed to bring swag to the party.

Please keep the following in mind

Do not bring large quantities

KubeCon already offers many opportunities to get swag

KubeTrain encourages a sustainable and mindful approach

Smaller and useful items are recommended.
